❌ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Wagwells is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

Failed delivery attempts by the carrier
- Weather conditions delaying shipment.
- Remote/restricted areas where shipment is not available, customer has to contact carrier and collect shipment.

📦 Lost or Stuck Packages
A package is considered lost only if:

Tracking shows no movement for 15 business days after dispatch, and

The carrier confirms the shipment is lost
In such cases, Wagwells will assist with a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.
🚫 Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us may be subject to:
